This is an East Sacramento 2nd Story addition and whole house remodel. The existing first floor (1015 sf) was stripped to the studs and a new 2nd floor is being added (over 1000 sf), plus adding a new entry and covered rear patio. This is a large project being done for less than 225K – a reflection of the values in construction right now.
