The loft fits within the Elk Grove 14 foot height limit – snug but functional as a sleeping areaThe rear wall will be cantilevered to maximize pool deck, while maintaining excellent privacy for both main house and this new ‘little house’. A bit hard to ‘see’ how cute this addition to the streetscape on this corner parcel will be when completed … a few months down the road. A cottage that will complement the main house – keeping each separate, private and functional! It’s harder to design to such exacting parameters but the result will speak for itself when this little house gets finished.
