PASS Permit Program getting national attention
A Recent AIA National article on the PASS permit streamlining program has gotten over 1500 readers in just a few days, evidence of the interest in more efficient and effective permit processes across the country. The PASS program development team, led by Michael F. Malinowski AIA, includes 11 cities and 3 counties in California’s Central Valley – a geographic are that touches over 2.5 million people.
