Finishing touches are taking place on the Sacramento College of Architecture – the first such school in California’s Central Valley. Michael F. Malinowski AIA is the architect responsible for conversion of a former muffler shop in Sacramento’s oldest neighborhood to this new use, founded by Professor Umber Kazmi.
