WAL crane reaches up and over the ‘wall’

Ridgway Hotel Historic Adaptive Reuse Nears completion

Malinowski AIA / Applied Architecture Inc: very pleased to see our design for conversion of the historic Ridgeway Hotel to affordable apartments featured today in Sacramento’s Business Journal. This projects brings a vacant 56 room downtown SRO boarding house back to life as 22 upbeat studios.
Today’s WAL visit
Wood building is moving along very nicely ; the great weather is helping the schedule! Glulam beams in the community room are over four feet deep . we have plenty of ceiling height to accommodate them.
